Pop star Jesse McCartney is hoping to propel another Brit back to the top of the US pop charts after co-writing Bleeding Love for Leona Lewis.
The singer/songwriter, who penned Bleeding Love with OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder, now has his sights set on writing a big hit for Natasha Bedingfield.
McCartney says, "I recently had a radio gig with Natasha Bedingfield, and we were backstage, and we were talking, and we swapped numbers.
"I was like, `Let's get together and write something. Let's do something. Let's go to the studio and jam.'
"She was down. I would love to do something with her. She's an amazing vocalist."
