The Last Shadow Puppets, The Streets and Nitin Sawhney will headline this year's BBC Electric Proms.The festival returns to the London Roundhouse for its third year and debuts at Liverpool's Philharmonic Hall from October 22-26.Liverpool's addition as a host coincides with the city's stint as European Capital of Culture.Others confirmed to appear so far include Tony Christie and Wild Beasts.Over 80 artists, including more headline acts, will be confirmed for the event in the coming weeks.
