Seasick Steve and Jack White are to go into the studio to record together, according to reports.
The blues pensioner revealed news of the collaboration earlier this week at the BRIT Awards nomination party in London.
After being named in the Best International Male category, Steve told reporters what the rest of the year holds.
"I'm meeting up with Jack White to record soon, so things are going very well indeed", he explained.
The 2009 BRITs takes place on February 18 at Earl's Court.
