Arcade Fire and Jay-Z played a private concert for Barack Obama's staff in Washington CD yesterday, according to reports.
Both acts were amongst the new President's most vocal supporters during his successful election campaign.
The show is understood to have taken place at the Armory in the city where Obama was inaugurated on Tuesday.
The gig is the latest in a string of performances from Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce this week.
She was chosen to serenade George W Bush's successor and the First Lady Michelle with their first dance at the Neighborhood Inaugural Ball.
