Tens of thousands of revellers will descend on the T in the Park music festival for the start of a "mega line-up".
Crowds of 80,000 are expected at the three-day event, which gets under way with The Verve and the Chemical Brothers headlining on Friday night.
Others bands set to wow revellers on the first day include the Stereophonics, KT Tunstall and Feeder.
Tickets for Scotland's biggest outdoor music event, billed by organisers as a "mega line-up", were snapped up within hours when they went on sale.
