Katy Perry Still Top 'Girl' On Hot 100

Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl" starts a third week atop the Billboard Hot 100 this week, but Rihanna's "Take a Bow" is closing in fast, rising 4-2 in its 13th week on the tally. Lil Wayne's "Lollipop" slides 2-3, while Leona Lewis' "Bleeding Love" drops 3-4.Coldplay's "Viva La Vida" is up 6-5 this week, while Chris Brown's "Forever" ascends 8-6 and Natasha Bedingfield's "Pocketful of Sunshine" jumps 10-7. The Jonas Brothers' "Burnin' Up" is at No. 8 after debuting at No. 5 last week, while Plies' "Bust It Baby Pt. 2" featuring Ne-Yo is down 7-9.Miley Cyrus' "7 Things" rises 16-10 and is the chart's top digital gainer, after selling 117,000 downloads. Her new album, "Breakout," arrives July 22 via Hollywood.
